المادة 27 :
اذا انتقلت ملكية المشروع خلال مدة الاعفاء الممنوحة له فيستمر تمتع المشروع بالاعفاءات
والتسهيلات والضمانات التي
منحت له حتى آخر تلك المدة على أن يواصل المستثمر الجديد العمل في المشروع ويحل محل
المستثمر السابق في الحقوق والالتزامات
المترتبة بموجب أحكام هذا القانون.
