المادة 28 :
أ- للمستثمر بموافقة اللجنة بيع الموجودات الثابتة المعفاة أو التنازل عنها الى مستثمر آخر
مستفيد من أحكام هذا القانون
على أن يستعملها في مشروعه ، ويجوز للمستثمر بعد اشعار اللجنة بيع الموجودات الثابتة
المعفاة لأي شخص أو مشروع آخر
غير مشمول بأحكام هذا القانون بعد دفع الرسوم والضرائب المستحقة عنها.
ب- للمستثمر بموافقة اللجنة إدارة تصدير الموجودات الثابتة المعفاة.
