Article text
المادة 3 -
أ- يتمتع أي مشروع بالاعفاءات والتسهيلات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون اذا كان في أحد
القطاعات التالية أو فروعها:
1 - الصناعة
2 .( - قطاع الزراعة) بدون الاجحاف بأية إمتيازات وردت في قوانين أخرى
3 - الفنادق
4 - المستشفيات
5 - النقل البحري والسكك الحديدية
6 . - أي قطاع آخر أو فروعه يقرر مجلس الوزراء إضافته بناء على تنسيب المجلس
ب- لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزير وتوصية اللجنة منح أي مشروع ينشأ ضمن القطاعات
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون
وللسنوات التي يراها مناسبة حوافز او ضمانات او مزايا اخرى وفقاً لطبيعة نشاطه وموقعه
الجغرافي ومدى اسهامه في زيادة
الصادرات وتشغيل الايدي العاملة الوطنية واستغلال الموارد الطبيعية المحلية ودفع عجلة
التنمية الاقتصادية، وذلك في
حالات خاصة ولاعتبارات يقدرها مجلس الوزراء وتقتضيها المصلحة الوطنية.
