المادة 8 :
تمنح مشاريع الفنادق والمستشفيات اعفاءات إضافية من الرسوم والضرائب لمشترياتها من
الأثاث واللوازم لغايات التحديث
والتجديد مرة كل سبع سنوات على الأقل على أن يتم ادخالها الى المملكة أو إستعمالها في
المشروع خلال أربع سنوات من
تاريخ صدور قرار اللجنة بالموافقة على قوائم المشتريات وكمياتها.
