المادة 9 :
اذا نقل المشروع خلال مدة الإعفاء الممنوحة من منطقة تنموية الى منطقة تنموية أخرى ،
فيعامل المشروع لغايات الإعفاء
خلال باقي المدة معاملة مشاريع منطقة التنمية المنقول اليها على أن يعلم المؤسسة بذلك.
