المادة 10 :
( باستثناء الإعفاءات الواردة في المادة 7 ) من هذا القانون ، يتمتع بالاعفاءات والمزايا الواردة
في هذا القانون أي
مشروع قائم سواء جرت الموافقة على اعتباره مشروعاً اقتصادياً أو اقتصادياً مصدقا ً بمقتضى
أحكام قانون تشجيع الإستثمار
( رقم 11 ) لسنة 1987 والتعديلات التي طرأت عليه أو القوانين السابقة له وأي مشروع لم يستفد
من أي من هذه القوانين
شريطة أن يلبي المشروع متطلبات النظام الذي يصدر لهذه الغاية ويوفق أوضاعه وفقاً
لأحكامه.
