يصدر مجلس الوزراء الانظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
أ- رسوم العضوية للغرف التجارية التي تستوفى من المؤسسات التجارية والمؤسسات الصغيرة.
ب- تحديد الموارد المالية للغرف التجارية.
ج- تحديد رسوم التصديق على الفواتير وشهادات المنشأ والكفالات والشهادات وجميع
المستندات الأخرى التي تستوفى من المؤسسات
التجارية والمؤسسات الصغيرة.
د- تنظيم اعمال الغرفة والغرف التجارية بما في ذلك امورها المالية والادارية .
هـ- الاحكام والاجراءات المتعلقة باي انتخابات تتم وفقا لاحكام هذا القانون بما فيها شروط
الترشيح لها والمدد الخاصة
بها .
