تصرف من الحساب النفقات التالية:-
أ- اثمان المواد الاساسية ولوازمها.
ب- بدل ايجار المستودعات التي تستأجرها الوزارة لتخزين المواد العائدة للحساب والمكاتب
التابعة له وتكاليف صيانة
المستودعات والابنية الخاصة بالحساب.
ج- النفقات المباشرة وغير المباشرة اللازمة لتوفير المواد الاساسية على ان تراعى في هذا
الانفاق التشريعات المعمول
بها ذات العلاقة.
- د 1 - رواتب وعلاوات الموظفين المعينين على الحساب وفقا لجدول تشكيلات الوظائف الخاص
بموازنة الحساب والتشريعات ذات
العلاقة 0
2 - اجور العمال.
3 - بدل العمل الاضافي للموظفين الذين يكلفون لهذه الغاية بعمل خاص بالحساب على ان
تحدد أسس صرفه بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها
الوزير بناء على تنسيب الامين العام.
