تتكون الموارد المالية للحساب مما يلي:-
أ- إيرادات بيع المواد الاساسية واللوازم 0
ب- العوائد المتأتية من تشغيل المرافق الخاصة بالحساب 0
ج- ما يرصد للحساب في الموازنة العامة.
د- المساعدات والهبات والتبرعات النقدية والعينية التي ترد الى الوزارة لمنفعة الحساب.
هـ- أي عوائد أخرى.
