أ- يشكل مجلس الإدارة لجنة للتدقيق على اعمال الاتحاد من ثلاثة من أعضائه يسميهم الرئيس
على أن تتوافر في احدهم الخبرة في مجال التدقيق في الأمور المالية او المحاسبية ويسمي من
بينهم رئيسا لها.
ب-إذا لم تتوافر الخبرات الواردة في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة فللجنة الاستعانة بأي خبير.
ج-تجتمع لجنة التدقيق مرة كل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل وكلما دعت الحاجة.
. د-يحدد مجلس الإدارة صلاحيات لجنة التدقيق ومهامها
هـ -على مجلس الإدارة الإفصاح في التقرير السنوي للاتحاد عن أسماء أعضاء لجنة التدقيق
وأنشطتها وعدد الاجتماعات التي عقدتها خلال السنة.
