Article text
يتولى الرئيس التنفيذي المهام والصلاحيات التالية:-
أ- تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الإدارة ومتابعتها.
ب- إدارة أجهزة الاتحاد الإدارية والماليـــة.
ج- الإشراف على تنظيم اجتماعات مجلس الإدارة والجمعية العمومية ومجلس المهنة وتنفيذ
القرارات الصادرة عن كل منها.
د- الإشراف على تنظيم اجتماعات أي لجنة دائمة أو مؤقتة، ورفع التوصيات الصادرة عنها إلى
مجلس الإدارة.
هـ-اعداد مشاريع الأنظمة الداخلية للاتحاد بما في ذلك النظام الداخلي لموظفي الاتحاد
وعرضها على مجلس الإدارة لإقرارها.
و- إعداد الدراسات والبحوث التي تساعد على تحقيق أهداف الاتحاد وتقديم التوصيات بهذا
الشأن إلى مجلس الإدارة.
ز- أي أمور مالية أو إدارية أخرى يكلفه بها مجلس الإدارة.
