Article text
أ- إذا تمت إحالة أي عضو إلى مجلس المهنة يتولى الرئيس تبليغه نسخة من قرار الإحالة متضمناً
( طبيعة المخالفة التي أسندت إليه وموعد الجلسة، وذلك قبل 15 ) يوماً على الأقل من الموعد
المحدد لها.
ب- إذا تخلف العضو عن حضور جلسة مجلس المهنة في الموعد المقرر لها فيتم تبليغه خطياً
لحضور جلسة أخرى قبل سبعة أيام على الأقل من موعدها، وفي حال غيابه عن الجلسة التالية
يتم السير في إجراءات مجلس المهنة في غيابه.
ج-للعضو المحال إلى مجلس المهنة حق الدفاع عن نفسه بتفويض أي من موظفيه الرئيسيين
أو بتوكيل محام عنه لهذه الغاية.
