يلتزم مجلس الإدارة بما يلي:-
أ- تقديم أي بيانات أو معلومات تتعلق بأعمال التأمين يطلبها المحافظ وخلال المدة التي
يحددها.
ب- تزويد المحافظ بتقرير مفصل عن أعمال الاتحاد متضمناً البيانات المالية السنوية الختامية،
( وتقرير المحاسب القانوني المزاول لأعمال التدقيق خلال مدة لا تزيد على 3 ) أشهر من تاريخ
انتهاء ( السنة المالية وفي جميع الأحوال قبل 15 ) يوما من الموعد المحدد لاجتماع الجمعية
العمومية.
ج- تزويد المحافظ بمحاضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي.
د- الاحتفاظ بحسابات منظمة وفق الأصول المحاسبية المتعارف عليها على أن تدقق من قبل
المحاسب القانوني المزاول لأعمال التدقيق.
