Article text
أ- يتولى الإشراف على إدارة الاتحاد مجلس إدارة تنتخبه الجمعية العمومية وفقاً لأحكام هذا
النظام.
ب- يتولى إدارة شؤون الاتحاد الرئيس التنفيذي للاتحاد.
ج- يكون مقر الاتحاد الرئيسي في عمان، وله إنشاء فروع داخل المملكة بقرار من مجلس الإدارة
على أن يتم إعلام المحافظ بذلك.
د- يمثل الرئيس الاتحاد لدى الغير وله أن يفوض الرئيس التنفيذي بذلك على ان يكون التفويض
خطياً ومحدداً.
