مع مراعاة التشريعات النافذة، للمستثمر نقل ملكية النشاط الاقتصادي الى أي مستثمر آخر
شريطة اعلام الهيئة بذلك مسبقا مع بيان اسباب هذا النقل ، ويستمر النشاط الاقتصادي في
هذه الحالة في الاستفادة من الحوافز على ان يواصل المستثمر الذي نقلت اليه الملكية العمل
بالنشاط ذاته ويحل محل المستثمر في الحقوق والالتزامات المترتبة على النشاط الاقتصادي .
