تحدد السلع والخدمات الخاضعة للحوافز الاستثمارية بمقتضى الجداول التالية الملحقة بهذا
النظام والتي تعتبر جزءا لا يتجزأ منه:-
أ- ( الجدول رقم 1 ) :-
1 - ( الجدول رقم 1 /أ) الخاص بمدخلات الانتاج اللازمة لممارسة الانشطة الاقتصادية الصناعية أو
. الحرفية
2 - ( الجدول رقم 1 /ب) الخاص بمدخلات الانتاج.
3 - ( الجدول رقم 1 . /ج) الخاص بمستلزمات الانتاج والموجودات الثابتة
4 - ( الجدول رقم 1 . /د) الخاص بمستلزمات الانتاج والموجودات الثابتة ذات الاستخدام المزدوج
ب- ( الجدول رقم 2 . ) الخاص بالخدمات التي تخضع للضريبة العامة على المبيعات
( ج- الجدول رقم 3 ) ( الخاص بالسلع اللازمة للأنشطة الاقتصادية المنصوص عليها في المادة 4 )
