أ- تعتبر اي عوائد صافية تحققها الشركة وفراً لها ، ولا يجوز استخدامها الا لتحقيق غاياتها
والاهداف التي انشئت من
اجلها وتوسعة انشطتها 0
ب- لا يجوز للشركة بأي حال من الاحوال توزيع اي من عوائدها بشكل مباشر او غير مباشر على اي
من الشركاء
