القانون:قانون الشركات النافذ المفعول .
الوزير:وزير الصناعة والتجارة .
الدائرة :دائرة مراقبة الشركات .
المراقب:مراقب عام الشركات .
الشركة المعفاة:الشركة المسجلة وفقاً لاحكام القانون وهذا النظام وتزاول اعمالها خارج حدود
المملكة .
