( أ- تسجل الشركة المعفاة وفق احد الانواع المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )أ( من المادة 211 ) من
القانون .
ب- يقدم طلب تسجيل الشركة المعفاة الى المراقب وفقاً للنموذج المعتمد لهذه الغاية مرفقاً
به عقد تأسيسها ونظامها الاساسي ومبيناً فيه نوع الشركة وغاياتها .
ج- تخضع الشركة المعفاة في اجراءات تأسيسها وتسجيلها والتغييرات التي تطرأ عليها
لاجراءات الموافقة والتسجيل والنشر المقررة في القانون وهذا النظام .
