أ- على الشركة الحصول على موافقة البنك المسبقة قبل تعيين المدير العام وقبل اجراء أي
تغييرات ترغب بإجرائها على أي من الوظائف العليا او المفوضين بالتوقيع.
ب - يفقد كل من يشغل منصب مدير عام والوظائف الإدارية العليا وظيفته إذا فقد أياً من
( المتطلبات والشروط الواردة في المادة 9 ) من هذا النظام .
