- أ- يستوفى من الشركة رسم ترخيص بعد صدور قرار المجلس بمنح الترخيص النهائي وذلك عن
مركزها الرئيسي وعن كل فرع من فروعها على النحو التالي:-
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة يستوفى من الشركة بعد صدور قرار
( المجلس بمنح الترخيص النهائي عن كل فرع خارج المملكة رسم ترخيص مقداره 20000 ) عشرون
ألف دينار.

قراره
بالم
وافقة على الترخيص النهائي الصادر اذا لم يتم دفع رسوم الترخيص خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ
صدور القرار .
