أ- يستوفى من الشركة عن مركزها الرئيسي وعن كل فرع من فروعها رسم سنوي على النحو
التالي:-
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ)
الفئة المراكز الرئيسية الفروع
من هذه المادة يستوفى من الشركة
أ سبعة آلاف دينار 7.000 ألفا دينار 2.000
( رسم سنوي مقداره 2500 ) ألفان
وخمسمائة دينار عن كل فرع خارج
ب خمسة آلاف دينار 5.000 ألف وخمسمائة دينار 1.500
المملكة.
ج ثلاثة آلاف دينار 3.000 ألف دينار 1.000
ج- يستحق على الشركة الرسم
د ألف دينار 1.000 سبعمائة وخمسون ديناراً 750
السنوي المشار إليه في هذه المادة عن
السنة التي تم فيها منح الموافقة
النهائية على ترخيصها أو ترخيص فرع
جديد لها بنسبة تتفق مع المدة، وفق تعليمات يصدرها البنك يحدد فيها آلية استيفاء الرسم
ومواعيده.
