أ- لا يجوز ممارسة أعمال الصرافة الا للشركات الأردنية المسجلة لدى دائرة مراقبة الشركات من
الانواع التالية:-
1 - شركة تضامن.
2 . - شركة توصية بسيطة
3 . - شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة
4 . - شركة مساهمة خاصة
5 . - شركة مساهمة عامة
ب- لا يجوز للشركات التي تؤسس بموجب اتفاقيات والشركات المدنية والشركات التي لا
تستهدف الربح والشركات المعفاة والشركات الاجنبية أن تمارس اعمال الصرافة.
