أ- تلتزم الشركة بالاحتفاظ بالسجلات التالية :-
1 - سجل بيانات الباحثين عن العمل الذين تم توفير فرصة عمل لهم داخل المملكة أو خارجها
. يشمل مؤهلاتهم والعقود المبرمة معهم وبدل الخدمات الذي تقاضته الشركة منهم
2 - سجل الوظائف التي تم توفيرها للباحثين عن العمل وعددها والدول التي تم توفير هذه
. الوظائف فيها
3 - سجل بيانات أصحاب العمل الذين تم توفير فرص العمل لديهم أو تم تأمينهم بباحثين عن
. عمل وبدل الخدمات الذي تقاضته الشركة منهم
ب- تلتزم الشركة بالمحافظة على سريّة المعلومات الخاصة بالباحثين عن العمل وأصحاب
العمل التي تطّلع عليها وعدم إفشائها إلا في الحالات التي تحددها أو تسمح بها التشريعات ذات
العلاقة.
