أ- تقوم الوزارة بالتفتيش على الشركة في أي وقت للتأكد من سجلاتها والوثائق والعقود
والتحقق من التزامها بالقوانين والأنظمة والتعليمات والقرارات المتعلقة بعملها .
ب- للوزير وبناءً على تنسيب اللجنة اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية بحق الشركة المخالفة لأحكام هذا
النظام وفقاً لما يلي:-
1 - إنذار الشركة لإزالة المخالفة خلال المدة المحددة في الإنذار.
2 - إيقاف الشركة عن العمل لمدة لا تقل عن شهر ولا تزيد على ستة أشهر إذا لم تلتزم بإزالة
. المخالفة بعد انقضاء المدة المحددة في الإنذار
3 - إلغاء رخصة الشركة إذا لم تلتزم الشركة بإزالة المخالفة بعد انقضاء مدة إيقافها عن العمل

. ج - للوزير مصادرة الكفالة أو أي جزء منها في حال مخالفة الشركة لأحكام هذا النظام
د- للوزير في حال مصادرة الكفالة ان يقرر تعويض الباحث عن العمل في حال عدم التزام
الشركة بتنفيذ العقد الموقع معه بمبلغ من قيمة الكفالة بناء على تنسيب من اللجنة.
