تلغى الرخصة بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب اللجنة في أي من الحالات التالية :-
أ - بناءً على طلب صاحب الرخصة.
ب - إذا صدر حكم قضائي قطعي بحق مالك الشركة أو أي من الشركاء فيها بجناية أو جنحة مخلة
بالشرف أو الأخلاق العامة.
ج- مخالفة أي شرط من شروط منح الرخصة.
