تمارس الشركة الأعمال اللازمة لتشغيل الأردنيين في القطاع الخاص داخل المملكة وفي
القطاعين العام والخاص خارج المملكة بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
أ - أعمال الوساطة بهدف تشغيل الأردنيين ومتابعة الإجراءات اللازمة لذلك.
ب - التعاقد مع الجهات الخارجية لتأمين احتياجاتها من العمالة الأردنية وتنظيم تشغيلها لدى
تلك الجهات بموجب عقود تبرم معها لهذه الغاية.
ج - تنفيذ حملات إعلان ترويجية وأيام وظيفية وغيرها من النشاطات لدعوة الأردنيين الباحثين عن
العمل للاستفادة من فرص العمل المتاحة سواء كان ذلك داخل المملكة أو خارجها على أن
يتضمن الإعلان اسم الشركة ورقم الرخصة.
