- أ- للشركة فتح فروع لها داخل المملكة أو خارجها بموافقة الوزير.
ب - تستوفي الوزارة عن طلب الحصول على الرخصة للشركة أو أي فرع لها داخل المملكة أو عن
( طلب تجديد أي من هذه الرخص رسماً مقداره 25 ) خمسة وعشرون ديناراً غير مستردة.
