Regulation on Licensing Employment Intermediary Companies Inside and Outside Jordan No. 35 of 2024

أ- يقدم طلب الحصول على الرخصة أو تجديدها إلى الوزارة على النموذج الخطي أو الإلكتروني
( المعتمد لهذه الغاية مستوفياً الشروط المنصوص عليها في المادة 5 ) من هذا النظام
ب- يصدر الوزير بناءً على تنسيب اللجنة قراره بشأن طلب الحصول على الرخصة خلال أربعة عشر
يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب ويبلّغ طالب الرخصة بالقرار على العنوان الوارد في الطلب.
ج- لطالب الرخصة الاعتراض لدى الوزير على قرار الرفض خلال أربعة عشر يوما من تاريخ تبلّغه
القرار مرفقاً به أسباب الاعتراض، ويصدر الوزير قراره بشأن الاعتراض خلال سبعة أيام.
- د 1 - تكون مدة الرخصة سنة واحدة قابلة للتجديد.
2 - يقدم طلب تجديد الرخصة قبل ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ انتهائها مستوفياً الشروط المنصوص
. عليها في هذا النظام
3 - تجدد الرخصة خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ تقديم طلب تجديدها .
