نظام تشجيع استثمارات غير الاردنيين
( صادر بالاستناد الى المادة 24 ) ( من قانون تشجيع الاستثمار رقم 16 ) لسنة 1995

Article 1
Article page →يسمى هذا النظام (نظام تشجيع استثمارات غير الاردنيين لسنة 1997 ) ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره
في الجريدة الرسمية.
Article 2
Article page →يكون للكلمات والعبارات حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصه لها في قانون
( تشجيع الاستثمار رقم 16 ) لسنة 1995 .
Article 3
Article page →للمستثمر غير الاردني ان يتملك كامل أي مشروع او جزء منه او أي نشاط اقتصادي في المملكة
باستثناء المشاريع والنشاطات التالية التي تقتصر ملكيته او مساهمته فيها على ما لا يتجاوز
( 50 ) الخمسين بالمئة:- %
. أ- قطاع المقاولات الانشائية
ب- قطاع التجارة والخدمات التجارية.
ج- قطاع التعدين.

Article page →( باستثناء المساهمة في الشركات المساهمة العامة ومع مراعاة ما جاء في المادة 3 ) من هذا
النظام لا يجوز ان يقل استثمار غير الاردني عن خمسين الف دينار.

Article page →على الرغم مما ورد في هذا النظام او في أي نظام آخر لمجلس الوزراء ان يعامل حاملي جوازات
السفر الاردنية المؤقتة المقيمين في المملكة معاملة المستثمر الاردني في أي من قطاعات
الاستثمار ، ويحدد مجلس الوزراء الحالات والشروط اللازمة لتطبيق احكام هذه المادة.

Article page →للوزير اصدار التعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ احكام هذا النظام بما لا يتعارض مع احكامه.
