للمستثمر غير الاردني ان يتملك كامل أي مشروع او جزء منه او أي نشاط اقتصادي في المملكة
باستثناء المشاريع والنشاطات التالية التي تقتصر ملكيته او مساهمته فيها على ما لا يتجاوز
( 50 ) الخمسين بالمئة:- %
. أ- قطاع المقاولات الانشائية
ب- قطاع التجارة والخدمات التجارية.
ج- قطاع التعدين.
