دون الاخلال باعتبارات الأمن الوطني والنظام العام والآداب العامة والصحة العامة للمستثمر
غير الأردني ان يتملك بأي نسبة كانت أي مشروع في أي نشاط اقتصادي باستثناء الأنشطة
( الاقتصادية المبينة في المادتين 4 ) ( و 5 ) من هذا النظام ما لم يرد نص في التشريعات ذات
العلاقة يضع قيدا على ذلك التملك او تلك المساهمة.
