أ. يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:
القانون : قانون الاستثمار.
الهيئة : هيئة الاستثمار.
الرئيس : رئيس الهيئة .
المستثمر غير الشخص الطبيعي الذي يحمل جنسية غير أردنية او الشخص الاعتباري
:
الاردني الذي تم تأسيسه وتسجيله خارج المملكة .
ب. تعتمد التعاريف الواردة في القانون حيثما ورد النص عليها في هذا النظام .
