أ. للشركة غير الأردنية المؤسسة والمسجلة خارج المملكة والتي يمتلك فيها أردنيون أسهماً
( وحصصاً بنسبة لا تقل عن 50 ) من رأسمالها، تسجيل شركة أردنية في المملكة تتملك أي %
مشروع في نشاط اقتصادي بكامله أو أي جزع منه أو تساهم فيه بأي نسبة كانت ما لم يرد نص
في التشريعات ذات العلاقة يضع قيدا على التملك أو المساهمة في ذلك النشاط الاقتصادي.
ب. تستثنى من احكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة:
1 . الشركة غير الاردنية اذا كانت شركة مساهمة عامة.
2 ( . الأنشطة الاقتصادية الواردة في المادة 6 . ) من هذا النظام
