أ. لا يجوز للمستثمر غير الأردني ان يتملك او يساهم بصورة كلية او جزئية في أي مشروع من
الأنشطة الاقتصادية التالية:
1 . مناشير الحجر ومقالع رمل البناء والدبش وحجر البناء والركام المستعملة لاغراض البناء.
2 . . خدمات التحريات والأمن
3 . . خدمات الحماية والحراسة الخاصة والتدريب على اعمالها
4 ( . التخليص وذلك مع مراعاة الفقرة )د( من المادة 4 . ) من هذا النظام
5 . . الاتجار بالاسلحة النارية والذخائر واستيرادها وصيانتها
6 . . أنشطة الرماية الخاصة
7 . . الاتجار بالألعاب النارية واستيرادها واستخدامها
8 . . المخابز علي اختلاف انواعها
ب. تحدد المهن الحرفية والاشغال اليدوية التي لا يسمح لغير الأردنيين بممارستها بموجب
تعليمات تصدرها الهيئة لهذه الغاية .
