أ- تجري بموافقة كل من المطور الرئيسي ومدير المركز الجمركي عمليات تحويل البضاعة في
المنطقة الحرة بما في ذلك عمليات التقسيم والتجزئة والفرز والتشكيل والتغليف والتعبئة
والمزج والتقطير والتحميص والدق والتكسير والطحن والترقيم ووضع العلامات التجارية
المرخصة قانونا.
ب-تتم عمليات التحويل المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة في المستودع العام
والأماكن المؤجرة للمستثمرين، وللمطور الرئيسي بموافقة مدير المركز الجمركي أن يسمح
بإجراء عمليات التحويل في الأماكن التي يعدها لهذا الغرض في حرم المنطقة الحرة أو الحرم
الجمركي .
