أ- للمالك التقدم بطلب تعديل رخصة الإعمار، على أن يرفق بالطلب جميع الوثائق والمخططات
التي تبين طبيعة التعديل المطلوب.
ب- تصـدر اللجنة المحليـة قرارهـا بخصوص طلـب تعـديل رخصـة الإعمـار بنـاء على تنسيب
( الوحـدة التنظيمية المعنيـة بـالتراخيص والرقابـة علـى الإعمـار في الوزارة خلال 7 ) أيام عمل
مـن تاريخ تقديم الطلب المستكمل للمتطلبات في حال موافقة اللجنة على التعديل
المطلوب تصدر رخصة إعمار اضافية تشمل التعديل الذي تمت الموافقة عليه.
