أ- يسمح بإنشـاء مـمـرات أو أدراج مكشـوفة فـي الارتدادات المقررة تنظيميـا للأبنية شريطة:-
1 - ان لا تغطي نصف الارتداد القانوني وتكون من جهة البناء.
2 . - عدم استغلال الممرات أو الأدراج وما تحتها في غير الغايات المقررة لها
. ب- يسمح بإقامة برك السباحة في الارتدادات ضمن الاستعمالات السياحية والسكنية
