Article text
أ- إذا تم إنهاء الاتفاقية المبرمة بين المطور الرئيسي والمؤسسة المسجلة بالتراضي او
بالتقاضي او انتهاؤها لأي سبب من الأسباب او جراء إخلال المؤسسة المسجلة بأحكام القانون
وهذا النظام، يسترد المطور الرئيسي الأراضي التي انتقلت ملكيتها الى المؤسسة المسجلة
بقرار من مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزارة.
ب-يقدم المطور الرئيسي طلبا الى الوزارة باسترداد الأراضي مرفقاً به قائمة بأرقام القطع
ومخطط للأراضي المطلوب استردادها.
