Article text
أ- يشكل الوزير لجنة أو أكثر تسمى (لجنة التظلمات) برئاسة الامين العام ويحدد بقرار تشكيلها
نائبه وأعضاءها ومقررا يتولى تنظيم جدول أعمالها، وتدوين محاضر جلساتها، وحفظ قيودها
وسجلاتها ومعاملاتها والطلبات المقدمة
اليها، ومتابعة تنفيذ قراراتها.
ب- يشترط أن يكون اعضاء اللجنة من موظفي الوزارة من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص.
ج- تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة من رئيسها اسبوعيا او كلما دعت الحاجة ويكون اجتماعها قانونيا بحضور
اغلبية اعضائها على ان يكون رئيسها او نائبه من بينهم وتتخذ قراراتها باغلبية اصوات اعضائها.
د-لرئيس اللجنة دعوة أي شخص من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص لحضور اجتماعات اللجنة دون أن
يكون له حق التصويت على قراراتها.
