Article text
أ- يتألف رأس مـال صندوق الاستثمار الخـاص مـن مسـاهمة الشركاء النقديـة المدفوعـة أو غير
المدفوعـة علـى أن تـحـدد اتفاقية الشراكة الأحكام المتعلقة بكيفيـة تســـــــديدها وموعـدها
علـى أن لا يقـل رأس مـــال الصــنـدوق عن خمسين مليون دينار.
ب- لا يجوز أن تقـل المساهمة النقديـة لحصـة الشـريك المسـاهم عـن مليـون دينـار ولا تشمل
الأمـوال الـتـي يقـدمها الشـريك أو الشركاء المساهمون على سبيل القرض.
ج- لا يجـوز أن تقـل المسـاهمة النقديـة لحصـة الشـــريك المـــــــدير عن مائة ألف دينار.
د- تـودع مساهمة الشركاء النقديـة فـي حسـاب خـاص باسـم صندوق الاستثمار في أحد البنوك
الأردنية خلال المدة المحددة في اتفاقية الشراكة.
