Article text
أ- يراعى عند إنشاء المنطقة الحرة داخل المنطقة التنموية ما يلي:
1 - تكامل نشاط المنطقة الحرة مع نشاط المنطقة التنموية.
2 - موقع المنطقة الحرة ومساحتها بحيث لا تتجاوز نسبة معقولـة مـن مسـاحة المنطقة
( التنموية بموافقة الوزير بناء على تنسيب مبرر من اللجنة المشكلة بمقتضى أحكام المادة 61 )
من هذا النظام.
3 -المتطلبات الجمركية والرقابة على دخول الأشخاص والبضائع إليها وخروجهم منها وفقا
. للتشريعات المعمول بها
ب- لا يجوز للمؤسسة المسجلة ممارسة النشاط الاقتصادي ذاته في المنطقة التنموية وفي
المنطقة الحرة المنشأة داخلها في وقت واحد.
