ترخيص وتسجيل الأشخاص في المنطقة
- أ- يسمح بممارسة الأنشطة الاقتصادية داخل المنطقة باستثناء ما يتم حظره او تقييد
( ممارسته وفقا لما هو مبين في الجدولين رقم 3 ) ( ورقم 4 ) الملحقين بهذا النظام.
ب-لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزير تعديل الجدولين المشار اليهما في الفقرة (أ) من هذه
المادة بالإضافة او بالإلغاء وفقا لما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة ويتم نشر القرار الصادر بهذا الشأن
وتاريخ سريانه في الجريدة الرسمية.
