- أ- ينظم في الوزارة سجل خاص لتسجيل الشركات وسجل خاص لتسجيل المؤسسات الفردية
في المنطقة الحرة وتعطى كل منشأة رقماً وطنياً فيه على أن يرتبط هذا السجل بالسجل العام
( للأنشطة الاقتصادية المسجلة والمرخصة في المملكة المنشأ بموجب أحكام المادة 188 ) من
هذا النظام.
ب- تتولى الوزارة تزويد مراقب عام الشركات ومراقب سجل التجارة في وزارة الصناعة والتجارة
( والتموين بصورة مصدقة عن شهادة تسجيل الشركات والمؤسسات الفردية لديها خلال 30 ) يوماً
من تاريخ التسجيل في السجل المشار اليه في الفقرة (أ) اعلاه وذلك لتوثيق التسجيل الخاص
بالمستثمرين في المناطق الحرة لدى وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والتموين.
