- : تتولى الوزارة تسجيل أي مما يلي في المنطقة التنموية
أ- المؤسسات الفردية المسجلة وفق أحكام قانون التجارة.
ب- الشركات المسجلة وفق أحكام قانون الشركات.
ج- المؤسسات الرسمية أو العامة، والهيئات والمنظمات والجمعيات العاملة في المملكة وفق
التشريعات ذات العلاقة والتي يكون من اهدافها وغاياتها ممارسة الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
