رسوم التسجيل
( تستوفى رسوم التسجيل بالنسبة للحمولة الصافية المسجلة N . R . T ) على النحو التالي:
500 فلس عن كل طن لغاية 500 طن
250 فلس عن كل طن يزيد على ال 500 طن الاولى
شريطة ان لا يقل الحد الادنى للرسم 5 دنانير
يستوفى دينار مقابل كل نسخة اضافية لسند التسجيل
