Article text
أ - ينظم في الوزارة وبإشراف مراقب السجل سجل يسمى (سجل التجارة) تدون فيه جميع البيانات
المتعلقة بأسماء التجار وعناوينهم والشهادات الصادرة لهم وما يطرأ على القيد من إجراءات
بما في ذلك تثبيت أي رهن او حجز على هذا القيد او التنازل او أي تصرفات قانونية أخرى يرغب
التاجر في تثبيتها في السجل.
ب - يجوز استعمال الحاسوب لتنظيم السجل والبيانات المتعلقة به وتكون البيانات والوثائق
المستخرجة إلكترونيا منه والمصادق عليها من مراقب السجل حجة على الكافة.
