أ-لمراقب السجل ان يطلب تقديم أي وثائق او معلومات إضافية يراها ضرورية لصحة السجل.
ب- يجوز تقديم الوثائق المشار إليها في الفقرة(أ) من هذه المادة لمراقب السجل باليد او
بالوسائل الإلكترونية المعتمدة او بوساطة شركة البريد المعتمدة.
