Article text
أ - يثبت مراقب السجل مضمون التصريح في السجل ويعطي شهادة بذلك للتاجر أو لوكيله.
ب- تعطى الشهادة الصادرة بموجب الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة للتاجر او لوكيله بالطريقة التي
يحددها التاجر سواء باليد او بالوسائل الإلكترونية المعتمدة او بوساطة شركة البريد المعتمدة.
ج- تفصل المحكمة المختصة في أي نزاع ناشئ عن القيد في السجل.
