على التاجرإعلام أمين السجل خلال شهر بأي تغير يطرأ على البيانات المثبتة في السجل وعلى
الأخص ما يتعلق بالأمور التالية:-
أ- الأحكام والقرارات القاضية بتعيين وصي أو قيم على التاجر المسجل أو بالحجز على أمواله أو
برفع هذه التدابير عنه.
ب- الأحكام والقرارات المعلنة للإفلاس أو المتضمنة تصديق الصلح الواقي من الإفلاس أو فسخه
أو إبطاله أو المعلنة لمقدرة
المفلس أو إغلاق التفليسة لعدم كفاية الموجودات أو العدل عن إغلاقها أو إعادة الاعتبار.
ج- نقل ملكية المحل التجاري أو جزء منه للغير.
د- لا يعتد بالعقد المبدئي لنقل الملكية لدى مراقب السجل ما لم تستكمل إجراءات النقل
بشكلها النهائي خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ تقديم العقد الى مراقب السجل .
